- How do I track my order?
- Every order includes real-time tracking! As soon as your MiniGuard Cam is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link and unique tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can track your order directly on our Order Tracking Page.
- Why isn’t my tracking link updating yet?
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the postal carrier to scan your package and update tracking information on their system.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Every MiniGuard Cam undergoes strict quality control inspection before leaving our warehouse. While we ensure your item is packaged safely, carriers can occasionally mishandle packages in transit.

- If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to initiate a claim.
